Travel Consultant

About the Role

Max Voyage Holidays is hiring an enthusiastic, customer-first Outbound Travel Consultant to turn travel enquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring a high standard of service. This role calls for strong communication, sales ability, and a solid understanding of international travel products. You should be comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both incoming and outgoing enquiries related to international holiday packages.
• Assess each customer’s travel interests, budget, and specific trip requirements.
• Suggest appropriate tour packages, destinations, hotels, and travel experiences.
• Create tailored itineraries and travel quotations based on customer needs.
• Follow up with potential customers and work toward closing bookings.
• Clearly communicate package inclusions, visa needs, travel insurance details, cancellation rules, and payment timelines.
• Coordinate with the operations team to confirm bookings and support travel arrangements.
• Keep customer information updated and organised in CRM or sales tools.
• Work toward monthly sales goals and help drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and referral-based customers.
• Keep current with international destinations, visa policies, airline promotions, and tourism developments.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Ability to sell effectively and negotiate confidently

• Capacity to manage several enquiries at the same time
• Careful attention to detail
• Good problem-solving approach
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Comfort using WhatsApp Business, email, and online travel booking platforms

Additional Information

Compensation for this position is listed at INR 12,000 to INR 40,000 per month. The role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
