Transport Manager

Role Overview

This position is for an experienced transport leader who can manage mobility and transportation activities across several projects. The role focuses on delivering safe, dependable, and efficient transport services while improving fleet performance and overall operational effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate everyday transport activities across multiple sites.
• Handle the operation of company vehicles, shuttle buses, and golf carts.
• Design and refine routes, schedules, and allocation of transport resources.
• Maintain adherence to transport laws, safety requirements, and internal policies.
• Direct and support drivers as well as other transport staff.
• Track vehicle performance, upkeep, and related operating expenses.
• Implement ongoing improvements to raise efficiency and service standards.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in transport operations, fleet management, logistics, or mobility services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Prior exposure to multi-location transport operations is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of fleet management software, GPS tracking tools, and transport compliance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting abilities.
