Program overview
The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program is a fast-track initiative created to shape future sales leaders. It is aimed at post-graduate candidates from colleges across India and offers an entry point into sales roles across the company’s business lines and distribution channels.
This opportunity is designed as a direct pathway into a sales supervisory role with Aditya Birla Capital, along with structured induction, ongoing learning, and career growth possibilities across functions and geographies.

Role summary
The selected candidate will join as a Sales Trainee and contribute to sales execution, customer support, partner coordination, and team development activities within the assigned business area.
Key responsibilities
- Promote financial products and work toward achieving the assigned sales goals.
- Use effective marketing approaches to support product sales.
- Provide support before and after the sale to customers and clients.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners while aligning with their needs.
- Assist with manpower planning, guide team members, and support them in meeting delivery expectations.
Candidate profile
The preferred background is an MBA or PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI. Prior work experience of 0 to 3 years is acceptable.

Compensation
The total compensation is INR 9,00,000 per annum.
- Year 1 fixed pay: INR 7,00,000 per annum.
- Assured bonus: INR 1,00,000 after completion of 1 year, subject to performance.
- Joining bonus: INR 1,00,000 in the first month’s salary. This amount is recoverable if the candidate leaves within the first year of service or is not confirmed due to performance concerns.
- Year 2 compensation moves to the sales incentive plan applicable to the respective line of business.
