Tesco Colleague - Mold Superstore

About the Role

This position is based at Tesco's Mold Superstore in Wales, United Kingdom. The role requires availability during specific days and times: Sundays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesdays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Shift schedules are provided with three weeks' advance notice, offering a minimum of 12 hours per week up to a guaranteed 16 hours, depending on your preference.

Our starting hourly wage for Tesco Colleagues is £13.28, increasing to £14.55 for stores located within the M25, with potential additional location-based payments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers warmly and deliver excellent, personalized service.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of store products and services to assist shoppers effectively.
• Work across various store areas including customer service, replenishment, and picking.
• Follow all safety and operational training to ensure effective and safe work practices.
• Make informed decisions that align with customer needs and store routines.

• Understand and contribute to store performance by supporting service excellence, sales growth, and waste reduction.
