Territory Service Representative (TSR) - HPE

Role Overview

The position of Territory Service Representative - HPE (Bikers) involves key responsibilities in delivery and pickup operations. Candidates will be instrumental in ensuring efficient shipment handling from unloading to delivery and pickup in accordance with company procedures.

Delivery Responsibilities

• Unload shipment bags from vehicles.
• Scan each shipment for record-keeping.
• Perform initial and secondary sorting of shipments.
• Dispatch shipments for delivery in line with the designated route.
• Deliver shipments specifically to the recipient addresses listed on the packages.
• Obtain customer acknowledgments electronically via the provided device (BYOD).
• Update accurate status codes for any undelivered shipments at the customer's location.
• Attend a training session outlining delivery processes.
• Hand over Cash on Delivery (COD) amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Return undelivered shipments to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain proper dress code and carry designated field bags at all delivery points.

Pickup Responsibilities

• Perform pickups following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure timely pickups at customer locations adhering to cutoff timings.
• Verify whether locations are serviceable.
• Count shipments at customer sites and obtain acknowledgments on the pickup sheet.
• Scan incoming shipments at the office and manage rapid entry processing.
• Conduct primary and secondary sorting of collected shipments.
• Organize bagging of pickups and load canvas bags into vehicles.
• Ensure timely arrival at locations for required connections.

Operations Staff (Van Pickup and Delivery) Duties

• Load shipments on a route-wise basis, tallying them accurately.
• Deliver shipments to correct customers following the delivery run sheet procedures including POD/FOD/DOD/COD documentation.
• Apply correct status codes for undelivered shipments.
• Meet Expected Delivery Dates (EDD) and Service Quality (SQ) targets.
• Hand over cash and document amounts on the same day to supervisors.
• Return undelivered shipments to supervisors.
• Implement appointment delivery processes when applicable.
• Adhere to proper dress code maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Execute pickups per SOP and ensure timely collection according to cutoff times.
• Perform airway bill execution and shipment tally checks at customer sites.
• Collect all necessary regulatory paperwork at pickup locations.
• Inspect package condition during pickups and complete pickup sheets accurately.
• Arrive punctually at locations to enable timely transportation connections.
