About the Role

Madison Pearl is collaborating with a prominent UAE bank to recruit a Teller for its Retail Banking division located in Al Ain. This role offers an excellent chance for experienced banking professionals to join a reputable financial institution and play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service through accurate cash handling and branch transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, drafts, and other over-the-counter banking transactions with precision and speed.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding and responding to individual banking needs.
• Ensure full compliance with the bank’s internal policies, operational procedures, and regulations set by the UAE Central Bank.
• Maintain accurate cash balances and conduct daily cash reconciliations adhering to control standards.
• Verify all customer documents and process transactions following KYC and AML guidelines.
• Enhance branch efficiency and uphold high standards of service quality.
• Report any operational discrepancies, concerns, or suspicious activities in line with internal protocols.
• Support branch goals regarding customer satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Teller or in a related branch operations role.
• Good knowledge of retail banking products, teller operations, and cash management practices.
• Familiar with KYC, AML compliance, and banking operational controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills paired with excellent customer service.
• Highly detail-oriented with integrity and accuracy.
• Capability to work efficiently within a fast-paced banking branch environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field is desirable.
