Telesales Executive

About the Role

Ayunex Life, operating in the Ayurveda, healthcare, and herbal products sector, is seeking driven and skilled Sales Executives/Telecallers to expand their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone calls to provide detailed information about the company's Ayurvedic and healthcare offerings.
• Comprehend customer needs and suggest appropriate products accordingly.
• Conduct follow-ups on prospective leads with the goal of closing sales.
• Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and update daily calling records, follow-up logs, and sales reports.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in sales or telecalling is desirable.
• Effective communication skills, especially fluency in Hindi; basic English is advantageous.
• A strong sales mindset focused on achieving targets.
• Previous experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or wellness sectors is favorable.

Additional Details

• Employment type: Full-time, working onsite at Ayunex Life's Delhi-NCR office.
• Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹28,000 per month, plus incentives.
• Preferred experience range: 1 to 3 years.
