Telesales Executive - Ayurvedic Wellness Division

About the Role

Hardev Enterprises is looking for motivated male and female Telesales Executives to join its Ayurvedic Wellness Division. This is a work-from-home opportunity where candidates will engage in telecalling to promote and sell Ayurvedic wellness products. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training and continuous support to excel in their role.

Selection Process

• Watch company-provided training videos to familiarize yourself with products, calling scripts, and sales procedures.
• Conduct sample cold calls post-training.
• Submit call recordings to the HR department for assessment.
• HR evaluates candidates based on communication skills, confidence, and sales aptitude.
• Successful candidates will be selected and assigned a Team Leader for guidance.
• Guidance and company sales leads will be provided continuously.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to and handle inquiries from interested customers.
• Clearly and professionally explain product details to prospects.
• Understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
• Accurately record customer information and order details.
• Maintain professional communication standards and workplace discipline.

Performance Expectations

• Target an average of two delivered orders per day.
• Aim to achieve 60-70 delivered orders per month.
• Higher delivery performances correspond to increased salary, incentives, and rewards.

Compensation Structure

Salaries are performance-based and calculated solely on successfully delivered orders. Below is the monthly salary structure according to delivered order counts:

• 0-29 orders: ₹140 per delivered order (Training Phase)
• 30-39 orders: ₹4,050 (Learning Phase)
• 40-49 orders: ₹5,400 (Developing Performer)
• 50-59 orders: ₹6,750 (Good Performer)
• 60-69 orders: ₹8,100 (Strong Performer)
• 70-79 orders: ₹9,450 (Very Good Performer)
• 80-89 orders: ₹10,800 (Quality Performer)
• 90-99 orders: ₹12,150 (Senior Performer)
• 100-109 orders: ₹16,500 plus Power Bank (Top Performer)
• 110-119 orders: ₹18,150 (Elite Performer)
• 120-129 orders: ₹19,800 (Gold Performer)
• 130-139 orders: ₹21,450 (Platinum Performer)
• 140-149 orders: ₹23,100 plus Bicycle (Diamond Performer)
• 150-159 orders: ₹27,000 (Master Performer)

Daily Incentives

• 3 orders per day: ₹90
• 5 orders per day: ₹250
• 10 orders per day: ₹1,000
• 13 orders per day: ₹1,350
• 15 orders per day: ₹1,600
• 20 orders per day: ₹2,500

Note: Only the highest applicable daily incentive will be awarded each day.

Work Requirements

• Minimum of 8 working hours per day.
• Must have an Android smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer.
• Reliable internet or Wi-Fi connection is essential.
• Clear communication skills and basic sales knowledge required.
• A quiet and professional environment for making calls is necessary.

Important Terms and Conditions

• Salaries are paid exclusively based on successful order deliveries.
• Cancelled, fraudulent, duplicate, returned, or undelivered orders will not be counted towards salary.
• False claims, misleading product guarantees, or deceptive promises are strictly prohibited.
• Salary, incentives, and rewards are subject to verification and company policies.
• New hires will begin on a training and evaluation basis.
• Candidates maintaining consistent work and stable performance for at least 15 days may receive an official offer letter.

Recruitment Process Overview
