As a Telephone Operator at Studio M Hotel Arabian Plaza in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming calls with professionalism and customer-centricity to enhance the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication between guests and hotel departments, ensuring efficient switchboard operations, and maintaining a hospitable telephone presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest call warmly and courteously, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction.
• Coordinate effectively with various hotel departments to provide seamless service to guests.
• Handle all guest inquiries politely, striving to exceed expectations consistently.
• Address guests by name during calls, following the hotel's communication standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of the hotel’s services and local area offerings.
• Use the Opera Guest Profile system to stay informed about guest preferences and profiles.
• Prepare and document long-distance call vouchers accurately on the traffic sheet.
• Manage the guest wake-up call schedule, ensuring timely calls that meet service standards.
• Operate the switchboard efficiently, supporting quick and correct internal and external call transfers.
• Record messages for guests and management according to company guidelines.
• Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies as defined by the organization.
