About Fernandes Holiday Makers
Fernandes Holiday Makers is located at Shop No. S4, Mervana Paradise Building, Nagao-Saligao Road, next to Green Meadows School, Nagva, Goa. We are seeking a female telecaller to join our team full-time at our Nagoa, Bardez, Goa office.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Engage with customers and travel agents professionally.
- Provide detailed explanations of our travel packages and related services.
- Track inquiries and keep accurate customer records.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants only.
- Fluent communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Polite demeanor, confidence, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Preference given to candidates residing in areas such as Calangute, Candolim, Baga, Parra, Mapusa, or nearby locations.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should be 12th pass or graduates. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
