Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join M/s Vaishnokripa Mercantile in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves reaching out to potential customers and promoting the company’s products or services efficiently to meet sales goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Promote and effectively sell company offerings to meet monthly and yearly targets.
• Establish and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Assess customers’ requirements to suggest appropriate products or services.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements.
• Conduct follow-ups post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and customer data.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports to the management.
• Stay informed about market trends and monitor competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer experience.
• Address and resolve customer grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 22000 INR.
