Role Overview
This position is for a tele sales professional who will engage with interested customers, explain products clearly, and help convert leads into sales while maintaining a strong service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Reach out to customers who have already shown interest in the products.
- Present product details, pricing, and ongoing offers in a clear manner.
- Stay in touch with leads and follow up regularly to improve conversions.
- Answer customer questions through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication channels.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers.
- Record customer details and sales updates in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Work closely with the operations team to support timely and accurate order processing.
- Handle routine customer concerns and route more complex matters to the appropriate team when needed.
- Keep all customer interactions professional and courteous.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-oriented, and comfortable speaking with people. A genuine interest in sales, a service-first approach, and the ability to contribute to customer satisfaction and sales goals are important.
