Job Overview
The position of Technical Support Engineer is open for candidates with a minimum education background of 10th or 12th standard or a Diploma in IT. Preference will be given to those having a Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking and candidates with prior experience of over six months in desktop or laptop support, though freshers can also apply.
Core Responsibilities
- Expertise in installation and activation of MS Office software.
- Capability to configure wireless printers and routers efficiently.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting laptops and desktops at a basic L1 support level.
- Confidently demonstrate laptops to customers and clearly communicate the features and benefits of the products.
- Meet monthly assigned sales and service targets consistently.
- Develop customer trust and handle customer interactions with confidence.
- Inform every laptop buyer about Zip Services and actively recommend suitable service packages.
Work Schedule and Conditions
- Working hours are from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Mandatory working on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Weekly off days are provided between Monday and Friday.
- The store remains operational during festival days; compensatory leaves will be granted subsequently.
