Technical Product Manager / Product Owner

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager / Product Owner to play a key role in developing Solant, a next-generation AI Chief of Staff designed for founders and C-level executives. Solant integrates data from email, messaging apps, calendars, meetings, and other work tools to transform fragmented context into actionable management decisions such as solutions, responses, and next steps. This product is not a chatbot, task manager, or a typical AI assistant; it represents a new product layer with novel UX and AI patterns, requiring innovative approaches rather than copying existing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product concepts into clear, detailed, and technically feasible specifications.
• Drive features to a "ready for development" state by elaborating business logic, states, edge cases, invariants, and identifying contradictions prior to coding.
• Prepare precise requirements for iOS, Android, and backend platforms ensuring synchronization across them.
• Document UX flows comprehensively, including error states, empty, borderline, and transitional conditions.
• Verify that designs conform with specifications before handing over to development teams.
• Maintain product documentation up to date.
• Coordinate the development cycle alongside designers and engineers to ensure high-quality features reach release.

Key Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with direct ownership of specifications.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, integrations, and data exchange between services.
• Ability to design complex logic, handle state machines, edge cases, and invariants effectively.
• Knowledge of native iOS and Android design patterns and their differences.
• Proficient in writing specifications that enable developers to start work without need for additional calls.
• Strong systemic thinking, attention to detail, and a love for order in complex systems.
• AI-first mindset: skilled at leveraging modern AI tools efficiently in daily tasks.

Additional Preferred Experience

• Background in B2B SaaS or AI product development.
• Experience working on mobile products.
• Track record of creating complex products from the ground up where no existing industry patterns are available.
