Technical Facility Executive

About the Role

As a Technical Facility Executive, you will support the technical facility operations across three buildings on rotating shifts at a site located in Powai, Mumbai. Reporting to the Technical Lead, you are responsible for ensuring all site systems function reliably, safely, and in compliance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute planned preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP, HVAC, building management systems, fire and life safety equipment, diesel generators, lifts, and water systems strictly adhering to schedules and safety protocols.
• Manage and coordinate annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and vendor services including performance monitoring, quality control, and validating that statutory and contract conditions are fulfilled.
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment, assets, and service requests, complete daily and weekly maintenance reports, and contribute data for monthly management reviews.
• Promptly respond to and resolve Helpdesk tickets to minimize equipment downtime and disruption to client operations.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, statutory, and emergency response procedures for self, contractors, and service teams; actively participate in safety drills and sustain audit-compliant safety records.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and promote energy conservation and environmental sustainability measures.
• Assist with minor project activities including installations, shutdowns, and equipment upgrades as necessary.
• Guide and train junior technicians and service personnel on technical operations and safety standards, fostering a cooperative and adaptable team atmosphere.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and superior service performance aligned with organizational and client standards across all managed buildings.

Candidate Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics engineering with over three years of technical facility management experience, or a BE/BTech degree with similar experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of facilities engineering, vendor management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficient in documentation, reporting, collaboration, and communication.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and facility management software tools.
