Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the position of Technical Business Analyst within our Innovation and Digital team. This fixed-term position of 12 months, based in Auckland, involves delivering integration and technology solutions aimed at enhancing experiences for both our Members and employees. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business teams, architects, developers, and delivery units to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring successful project execution in a complex program environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting both business and technical requirements effectively.
• Specifying integration needs and data mappings spanning multiple systems.
• Working intimately with APIs, service contracts, and technical documentation.
• Applying SQL skills for thorough data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Leading workshops and engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assisting in delivery, testing, and implementation phases across various program workstreams.

• Proactive in identifying risks, dependencies, and proposing improvements.
