About the Role

This position embraces the value of "Getting Stuck In" by engaging with various departments across the resort instead of being confined to a single area. As a Team Member Plus, your duties will vary daily, encompassing tasks from guest accommodation cleaning on Mondays and Fridays to supporting sports and activities, restaurant and quick-service food outlets, buffets, bars, shops, or the fairground on other days. Multiple area assignments may occur simultaneously.

Opportunities

There are apprenticeship opportunities available, including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2 and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses, which will be discussed during recruitment if interested.

About You

We seek energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable individuals eager to learn and collaborate. Prior experience is not necessary; however, a positive attitude, high energy, readiness to engage fully, and a sincere desire to enhance guest experiences are essential. Candidates with qualifications such as FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal licence qualification are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

• Full-time employment: 30–35 hours per week, spread over 5 days including evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodation available for relocating employees
