About the Role

As a Barista at Welcome Break's Starbucks located at Gordano Services, M5 Motorway, Junction 19, Portbury, Bristol, you will be part of a dynamic team serving handcrafted coffee drinks and providing warm, welcoming customer service. This role offers an immediate start with flexible full-time or part-time hours, ideal for individuals looking to stay active, pick up new skills, and brighten customers' days with quality beverages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accommodating service to customers.
• Maintain composure, organization, and positivity during busy periods.
• Ensure high standards are met, from crafting excellent drinks to keeping the store clean and tidy.
• Learn new skills through provided comprehensive training (no prior experience required).

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to role responsibilities.
