About the Role

As a Team Leader at our Kidderminster New Road location, you will play a pivotal role in managing your department's daily operations. Your leadership will involve setting a positive example, assisting your team, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Duties include inventory management, supporting new employees, resolving issues on the shop floor, and collaborating with your manager to maintain high standards and team motivation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience within retail or customer service environments.
• Willingness to accept responsibility and support team members.
• Effective communication abilities coupled with a proactive approach.
• Flexibility in working hours, including availability for weekend and evening shifts.
