Role Overview
The Team Lead - Account Management will spearhead commercial success and forge strong partnerships with restaurant clients in the UAE. This position demands excellent leadership, analytical capabilities, and relationship building skills to lead and develop a team of account managers while setting strategic commercial objectives for mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Managers to achieve and maintain high-performance standards.
- Manage and expand critical strategic partnerships in the UAE food sector fostering successful collaborative outcomes.
- Evaluate commercial metrics to uncover growth possibilities and address performance shortfalls.
- Establish measurable goals and KPIs for the team, tracking progress and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product departments to enhance partner experiences.
- Assist in commercial negotiations and propel initiatives that boost partner satisfaction.
- Represent the company in discussions with major restaurant groups and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of six years in account management, partnerships, or sales, preferably in technology, e-commerce, or food delivery industries.
- At least two years of leadership experience overseeing and growing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical aptitude to convert data into strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proven expertise in managing diverse cross-functional stakeholders in dynamic environments.
- Fluent English language proficiency; command of Arabic is advantageous.
- Residency in Dubai with willingness to travel occasionally within the UAE.
