About the Role

The Talent Sourcer position plays a crucial part in bolstering recruitment efforts for clinical talents. The role involves creating talent pools, conducting outreach, and improving candidate interaction to ensure a diverse and qualified applicant base, thereby strengthening the healthcare workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed sourcing lists and pipelines through internet research, databases, and social platforms
Utilize sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, medical databases, and social media to find suitable candidates
Log sourcing activities and update candidate records in CRM and ATS systems
Employ AI tools to manage recruitment chatbots efficiently
Design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns aimed at attracting diverse talent
Promptly and professionally respond to candidate inquiries
Work closely with recruitment managers to plan outreach and enhance candidate engagement
Enhance job board visibility and effectiveness to increase quality applicant flow
Represent the organization at job fairs and trade shows to promote opportunities and collect candidate leads
Build connections with educational institutions to strengthen the recruitment pipeline
Oversee referral programs to support hiring initiatives
Coordinate lead gathering and candidate registration during recruitment events
Create informational flyers for site promotion
Collaborate with team leaders to advance overall sourcing operations

Candidate Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting administration, marketing, or sales
Preferably experienced in sourcing or data mining activities
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Proficiency in multiple operating systems and recruitment technologies
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication abilities and strong customer service orientation
Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
Familiarity with MS Office and database management tools
Capable of working autonomously as well as within a team

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role ranges from $27.28 to $34.10, excluding additional benefits and potential bonuses.
