Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key member of our corporate business support team, responsible for managing the candidate experience focused on administrative hiring across five markets. Your effectiveness directly influences the quality of patient care and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus primarily on recruiting for administrative positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Provide advocacy and support to candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Analyze recruitment market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with hiring managers to anticipate and address staffing needs.
- Gain expertise in the regional competitive hiring landscape.
- Track job requisitions and manage candidate workflows efficiently.
- Conduct screening interviews for qualified applicants and coordinate follow-up interviews.
- Prepare, extend, and manage job offers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Three to five years of recruitment experience, ideally targeting administrative professional roles.
- Familiarity with current federal employment regulations.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Proficient computer skills to utilize recruitment tools effectively.
