  • Manage requisitions and postings collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
  • Serve as the primary backup for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator on new hire processing, onboarding, and other administrative duties.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; a degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • At least three years of professional or office experience, including a minimum of one year conducting full-cycle recruitment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best industry recruitment practices.
  • Proven ability to foster positive and cooperative relationships with applicants, employees, and management teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent listening and consultative capabilities, driven by results and motivation.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and other HR-related software.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, capable of independent work and effective teamwork.
