Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People and Culture team based in Melbourne. This role involves full ownership of recruitment for Sales, Customer Experience, Support, and Marketing teams within our Australian operations. You will build candidate pipelines, manage interviewing and offer processes, and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences, playing a vital role in scaling Podium’s local workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes for Sales (SDR/AE), Customer Experience (CSM/AM), Support, and Marketing roles in Australia.
- Source candidates proactively through channels including referrals, outreach, job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specs, interview methods, and selection standards.
- Coordinate and support interviews to ensure a consistent and positive candidate journey.
- Manage offers, including negotiation assistance and liaison with hiring teams.
- Maintain recruitment tracking tools and candidate pipeline data, including ATS and dashboards.
- Oversee onboarding activities such as administrative setup, training schedules, and welcoming new hires to provide a strong first impression.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum three years' experience in talent acquisition roles.
- Proven background recruiting for sales or customer-facing/support positions is highly favorable.
- Familiarity with Australian employment regulations and visa/work rights compliance or willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment where procedures evolve.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse is preferred.
- Exposure to SaaS or technology sectors is advantageous.
