Our team embeds engineers and executives directly within client operations as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Forward Deployed Executives (FDX), responsible for learning, coding, and delivering outcomes. Role Overview

We are seeking a contract IT Recruiter to help scale the talent supporting our FDE and FDX models. This isn’t a standard IT recruiting role; beyond filling positions, you will grow the Provectus community by organizing events, activating talent networks, and positioning Provectus as a desirable employer for ambitious engineers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment ownership for FDE, FDX roles including Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Architects, Leaders, BDMs, and Solution Owners across the US.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and sourcing tactics.
• Manage multiple recruitment pipelines ensuring rigor and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Extend offers, negotiate confidently, and communicate Provectus’s compensation philosophy.
• Develop sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, and referrals.
• Engage passive candidates pioneering impactful AI work.
• Create and sustain talent maps for FDE and FDX roles in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors.
• Design and implement Provectus’s talent community approach in the US via meetups, workshops, hackathons, and online platforms.
• Foster relationships with AI/ML communities, academic programs, and professional networks for continuous talent supply.
• Represent Provectus at recruiting and industry events to enhance brand presence among forward-deployed engineers.
• Guarantee outstanding candidate experience aligned with Provectus’s values: Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
• Partner with People & Talent leadership on workforce planning, market intelligence, and pay benchmarking.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in full-cycle recruitment within dynamic technical environments—ideally in AI, cloud, or consulting sectors.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring senior technical roles such as AI/ML and software engineers, architects, and consulting leadership.
• Practical use of AI tools integrated within recruiting workflows.
• Experience developing talent communities via events, meetups, university alliances, or networks, beyond just recruitment.
• Knowledge of forward-deployed or embedded consulting models is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, capable of engaging C-level and senior technical leaders.
• Expertise with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting methodologies.
• Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable working in ambiguous, distributed teams.
