Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts. This individual will have a strong background in high-volume hiring across both IT and Non-IT domains and the ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle independently. Leadership of a small recruitment team and adaptability to a dynamic startup setting are key.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement bulk hiring campaigns aligned with company staffing requirements and job criteria.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, professional networks, and social media to identify, screen, and evaluate candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further interviews with department heads, maintaining a comprehensive pool of qualified applicants.
• Lead and mentor a small recruitment team to ensure cohesive and efficient hiring processes.
• Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and the recruitment team, providing regular updates and facilitating smooth workflows across departments.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with proven leadership exposure.
• Preference for candidates with experience in fast-paced, high-growth consumer technology startups such as Zomato, Swiggy, UrbanClap, CRED, Blinkit, Zepto, Car24, or GoMechanic.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for diverse IT and Non-IT roles within dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities, coupled with the capability of operating with minimal supervision.

Additional Information

• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday with Sunday off.
• This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
