Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager position is a full-time job based on-site in Dubai. The role encompasses managing the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, selecting candidates, and coordinating recruitment processes for various company roles. The manager collaborates closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, prepares job descriptions, maintains candidate pipelines, and schedules interviews. Responsibilities also include driving employer branding, maintaining external recruitment partnerships, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey from first contact to onboarding. Utilizing recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring strategies and aid long-term talent planning is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment management including sourcing, screening, and managing offers.
- Skilled in candidate evaluation including interviewing for skill, cultural fit, and potential.
- Knowledgeable in employer branding to enhance company attractiveness to prospective talent.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and social media sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities with both stakeholders and candidates.
- Capable of managing multiple recruitment requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience preferred in real estate or related sectors.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
