Role Overview

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, partnering with department heads to understand hiring requirements, and crafting a talent strategy to attract top-tier candidates to support Mnzil's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including sourcing candidates and handling offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify role specifications and develop hiring strategies.
• Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking activities.
• Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Monitor and report on vital recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline quality, and offer acceptance rates.
• Develop and promote Mnzil's employer branding to attract elite talent in the market.
• Maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies, academic institutions, and other talent sources.
• Support leadership in workforce planning to anticipate future hiring demands.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruitment or HR team members as the department grows.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of four years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within dynamic or startup environments.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting across various departments and levels of seniority.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective stakeholder management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple concurrent vacancies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• A proactive, data-oriented approach combined with enthusiasm for team building.
