About the opportunity
A reputable management consulting firm is looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team right away. In this position, you will oversee recruitment across a business cluster that includes several companies, with responsibility for bringing in high-quality talent to support ongoing growth.
The role suits a recruitment professional who is comfortable working closely with business leaders, managing stakeholders effectively, and handling the complete hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full hiring cycle for multiple companies within the assigned business cluster.
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and shape practical recruitment plans.
- Handle sourcing, resume review, interviews, assessment coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding support.
- Create and maintain talent pools for both immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment partners, and direct outreach.
- Evaluate applicants through screening calls and competency-based interviews to judge both technical ability and behavioral fit.
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and help ensure candidates have a smooth experience throughout the process.
- Develop recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring trackers to measure performance and progress.
- Make sure hiring practices follow internal policies and relevant labor laws.
- Improve recruitment workflows, employer reputation, and sourcing approaches over time.
- Support workforce planning by sharing market intelligence and information on talent availability.
- Partner with the HR Development Manager on strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications and requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Background in direct sourcing and LinkedIn-based headhunting.
- Strong capability in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exposure to consulting firms, holding companies, or organizations with multiple businesses is a strong advantage.
- Ability to handle several open roles at the same time.
Additional information
This is an immediate joining role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time and on-site.
