Role Overview
This role is based in Ireland with a global pharmaceutical leader renowned for advancing scientific innovation through significant investment in research and development. Joining their cutting-edge manufacturing site, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering impactful healthcare solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-scale implementation of the Future Focused Planning initiative at designated manufacturing locations.
- Collaborate closely with site management and supply planning teams to facilitate the rollout of the new Target Operating Model.
- Perform readiness evaluations at sites and identify discrepancies relative to the desired future state.
- Design and manage customized deployment strategies and change management activities tailored for each site.
- Conduct training programs and develop capabilities within site supply planning personnel.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferably hold a master's degree or relevant professional certification in Supply Chain or Operations.
- Demonstrate substantial experience in supply, demand planning, or Sales & Operations Planning within a manufacturing context.
- Have a clear understanding of designing operational models and managing transformation initiatives.
- Exhibit strong abilities in facilitation, training delivery, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
