Key Responsibilities

  • Create and send accurate ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) records after every shipment.

  • Guide warehouse operators, organize team workstreams, and carry out layered audits on a regular basis.
  • Support CMS tasks and manage returnable container processes through customer portals.
  • Coordinate with headquarters on raw material arrivals, new parts, packaging revisions, and SAP-related updates.
  • Step in for the Operations Manager when needed, including the authority to pause deliveries when quality must be protected.
  • Take on other position-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
