Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our remote operations team in the United Arab Emirates. This position requires a strategic professional with deep experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, inventory control, and operational efficiencies. The role demands leadership in managing comprehensive supply chain functions, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, and driving initiatives to improve process efficiency while fostering sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement supply chain strategies that align with corporate goals.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.
• Track supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Strengthen partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other business associates.
• Lead demand forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization efforts.
• Evaluate supply chain data to generate reports on operations and performance.
• Ensure punctual delivery of products, meeting quality and budget requirements.
• Identify risks in supply chain operations and implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise supplier performance assessments and ensure adherence to contracts.
• Collaborate closely with finance, operations, sales, and customer service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and quality regulations.
• Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities to supply chain team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years' experience in roles related to supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain planning, inventory control, and procurement methodologies.
• Proficient with ERP platforms, supply chain management software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and expertise in managing supplier relationships.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated leadership and proficiency in managing projects.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic remote working environment.
• Supply chain or logistics certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
