Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Management Specialist for a contractual role with flexible hours (10-40 hours per week). This remote opportunity offers compensation ranging from $40 to $50 per hour, focusing on analyzing logistics documentation and improving supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine logistics paperwork for authenticity, precision, and compliance with industry standards.
• Create annotated sample documents to demonstrate best practices within logistics and supply chain management.
• Assess current supply chain procedures and provide suggestions for enhancements based on practical knowledge.
• Provide in-depth feedback on logistics scenarios emphasizing document structure and process efficiency.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify needs and communicate complex logistics principles effectively.
• Engage in quality assurance activities by verifying the accuracy and relevance of supply chain data sets.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, including familiarity with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Thorough knowledge of logistics workflows, documentation, and international supply chain operations.
• Strong English communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
• High attention to detail in reviewing and preparing supply chain documentation.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities to identify and recommend process improvements in logistics.
• A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines is advantageous.
