About Paradise Food Industries (PFI)

PFI is an emerging food logistics and solutions company dedicated to serving the HoReCa sector within Qatar. We seek a proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our team and contribute to establishing our supply chain processes from inception.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate international sourcing strategies; discover new FMCG and foodservice products and cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Conduct demand forecasting and plan inventory levels to maintain product availability without excess stock.
• Manage logistics including import shipments, customs clearance, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Oversee procurement activities, including supplier communication, purchase order processing, and monitoring supplier performance.
• Identify cost-saving measures to optimize expenses related to sourcing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Generate operational and inventory reports and collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and warehousing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years' experience in supply chain, warehouse management, procurement, or food logistics sectors.
• Prior exposure to food distribution is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational abilities, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on and proactive approach with readiness to work within warehouse and cold storage environments.
