Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our Westport store team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented leader who enjoys engaging with customers, delivering exceptional service, and motivating staff. Local residence is preferred. Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, and weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations through proactive interaction.
• Inspire and guide the team to engage customers, promote upselling, cross-selling, and present promotional offers.
• Manage team scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling, including opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for both customers and staff at all times.
• Conduct training, provide recognition, and manage team performance effectively.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, particularly HACCP and Food Safety standards.
