Role Overview

As a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader, you will be essential to the management team, overseeing key departments during busy shifts and managing the entire restaurant during quieter times. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant independently during less busy periods ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Lead frontline during high traffic times by fully owning the Pass, Bar, or Floor areas to maintain flawless service.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly providing positive outcomes.
• Inspire and mentor Front of House staff to develop their skills and consistently deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain meticulous attention to dish presentation, restaurant standards, and the details that create memorable experiences.
• Ensure the restaurant environment remains safe, clean, and welcoming for both team members and guests.

Compensation

Supervisors earn £12.92 per hour plus tronc and additional benefits.
