Role Location and Schedule

This role is based in Kildare Village, Ireland, working 32 hours per week.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is €32,000 to €34,000 per year, with an additional commission. The company provides a range of benefits, details of which are available internally.

Supervisor Role Mission

The Supervisor serves as a true brand ambassador, leading by example to deliver a five-star customer experience through experiential retail pillars. They advocate deeply for the company's values, ensuring the team incorporates these into all daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Encourage and empower team members to 'Host from the Heart,' fostering warmth and presence in every customer interaction, making every individual feel valued and cared for.
• Continuously enhance the customer experience, placing the customer at the center of decision-making, and lead innovation and experimentation within the store.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to motivate the team and drive sales.
• Design creative team challenges to foster an engaging and interactive in-store environment.
• Monitor sales performance throughout the day, adapting strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support and mentor the team for growth and role development.
• Deliver clear, timely feedback to team members at all levels.
• Recognize and celebrate team achievements, identify growth opportunities, and communicate these insights to management.
• Promote an open, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
• Manage stock efficiently and comply with company policies to maintain a risk-free environment.
• Lead the team in encouraging customers to join the loyalty program, fostering a regular customer base.
