Key Responsibilities

• Keep shelves well-stocked, ensuring products are correctly placed and available when customers need them.
• Prepare and fulfill online customer orders efficiently for prompt delivery.
• Manage product freshness by minimizing waste through diligent monitoring of sell-by dates and applying markdowns as necessary.
• Collaborate with the entire store team to support multiple functions including checkout assistance, managing Click & Collect, and handling on-demand orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment with general shop-keeping duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong communication abilities for effective teamwork and engaging with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
