Role Overview

The position of Student Counselor is a full-time on-site role in Vijayawada. The counselor will assist students in choosing courses and countries, clarify admission requirements, and aid in crafting strong applications. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, addressing queries from students and parents, managing accurate records within internal systems, and coordinating efforts with coaching and admissions teams. The role involves explaining test preparation options, walking students through visa and financial documentation, and ensuring they are well-prepared for interviews and pre-departure formalities. Delivering empathetic, precise, and timely guidance while maintaining high service standards is essential. Additionally, counselors are expected to support outreach efforts like seminars and informational sessions.
