Role overview
A luxury boutique hotel in Kigali is looking for a Stores & Purchasing Officer to oversee stock management, handle purchasing coordination, and make sure quality supplies and materials are available when needed.
What you'll do
- Keep inventory under control and ensure store records are accurate.
- Coordinate buying activities with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor supply levels so operational needs are met on time.
- Support the hotel with sourcing goods and materials that meet expected quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, store operations, or supply chain work.
- Well-developed organizational abilities and careful record maintenance.
- Familiarity with purchasing practices used in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
