About the Role
Babcock's Henderson team located at the iconic Henderson AMC and Garden Island in Western Australia is seeking a dedicated Stores Officer to support essential Defence operations. This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll manage warehouse and inventory tasks critical to the organisation's mission.
Key Responsibilities
As a Stores Officer, your duties will include receiving, handling, storing, and distributing inventory. You will ensure warehouse operations run smoothly while maintaining precise and up-to-date stock records. You will also be processing transactions using an ERP system, requiring attention to detail and operational knowledge.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be Australian citizens able to obtain Defence security clearance.
- Prior experience in a comparable stores or warehousing role.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and ERP system use.
- Possession of a current Motor Vehicle Driver's Licence.
- Current Forklift Licence is required.
