Main Responsibilities

• Assist the Store and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales growth and increasing profitability within the retail location.
• Provide coaching, motivation, and guidance to sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.
• Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store maintains an appealing presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to company operational policies and procedures.
• Track the store’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively contribute towards meeting targets.

Candidate Profile

• A genuine passion for engaging with people, with a hands-on and enthusiastic approach.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster a supportive and enjoyable team culture.
• Experience with opening and closing retail stores, including taking responsibility for store operations in the absence of senior management.
• Previous background in retail, ideally in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous but not required).
• Flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays based on store needs.
