What the role involves

You will also partner with the Area Manager to find ways to improve results, strengthen team capability, and lift overall performance.

Experience and capabilities needed

• At least one year of experience in retail management, either as a store manager or assistant manager
• A confident leadership approach that motivates and inspires others
• Genuine interest in fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner look and feel
• A history of achieving strong sales outcomes and KPI performance
• Hands-on experience with rostering, stock management, shrinkage control, and wage management
• A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership
• Solid skills in operations, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
