Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement sales targets to enhance store profitability.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of store staff to ensure high productivity.
- Ensure the store's appearance is consistently tidy and attractive to customers.
- Manage inventory and oversee daily store operations efficiently.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous store management experience within premium or luxury brand retail environments.
