Store Manager - Blanchardstown

Job Overview

This permanent, full-time role requires a 39-hour work week at the H&M store in Blanchardstown. Flexibility to work all 7 days of the week, including weekends, is essential.

Key Duties

• Lead the store team to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Analyze sales data, establish targets, and develop strategies to improve performance, profits, and inventory management.
• Maintain awareness of the store's strengths, opportunities for improvement, competitors, local market trends, and customer preferences.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture the team, fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer engagements.

Collaboration

Work closely with the dynamic Store Team consisting of Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, and Visual Merchandisers to build an inspiring experience for customers and coworkers. Collaborate with area teams, support office staff, and other business functions to boost store results and contribute to company-wide success.
