Role Overview and Responsibilities
The position requires 8 to 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment. Key duties involve overseeing inventory and stock control processes and preparing monthly and periodic MIS and stock reports. Expertise with enterprise management software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems, combined with MIS reporting skills, is essential for this role.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree mandatory; background in Inventory or Accounts is preferable.
- Proven experience of 8-10 years including 5+ years in manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or ERP software and MIS report creation.
- Preference for candidates local to Gurugram or willing to relocate.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive annual salary of approximately INR 4,200,000 to 4,400,000.
