Store Executive - EV Workshop

Position Overview

Planwey Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Store Executive to manage inventory and material handling for EV auto workshops located in Mohan Estate, Gurugram, and Ghazipur. This role involves meticulous management of spare parts, tools, and other workshop essentials to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily receipt and dispatch of spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Keep precise stock records and generate inventory reports for accuracy.
• Distribute parts and materials to technicians according to their needs.
• Collaborate with workshop and purchasing teams to maintain adequate material availability.
• Perform routine stock audits and uphold comprehensive documentation.
• Ensure organized storage and maintenance of EV components and workshop materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Graduate qualification is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience handling stores in automobile or EV workshop environments is advantageous.
• Basic computer proficiency with strong command over Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication skills along with a solid grasp of inventory management principles.
