We are seeking Store Crew members who are ready to grow, lead, and contribute to the evolution of convenience retail.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform cash handling and fuel transaction duties accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock shelves to ensure the store is always presentable and customer-ready.
- Handle foodservice tasks such as food preparation and uphold food safety standards.
- Engage with customers positively and contribute to a friendly team atmosphere.
- Operate the cash register and promote our customer rewards loyalty program efficiently.
Qualifications and Expectations
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn; prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
- Ability to uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store environment.
- Capacity to prepare food and beverages, including popular customer favorites like coffee, following proper health and safety guidelines.
- Physical ability to multitask and perform duties involving standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
