Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Storage Consultant to join our Brookvale location. This role plays a crucial part in supporting daily store operations and collaborates closely with management to achieve outstanding store performance and deliver superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities & Opportunities

The Storage Consultant will engage in customer sales, service activities, administrative tasks, and facility upkeep, with clear paths for professional advancement in these areas.

Working Schedule

Full-time position: 38 hours per week
Workdays: Tuesday through Saturday
Store hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 3pm
A degree of schedule flexibility is expected

Candidate Requirements

Eager to acquire new skills related to sales and customer service; training is provided
Self-driven with capability to work independently or with guidance
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of responsibilities
Committed to exceptional customer service with a proactive attitude and solid work ethic
Team-oriented with a practical approach to diverse tasks
Goal-focused and motivated by results
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Physically capable to perform the job duties
Valid driver's license
