Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Stock Controller to oversee inventory management within our organization based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth inventory processes, preferably within retail or luxury sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee stock levels, perform routine stock audits, and address inventory variances effectively.
• Maintain and administer inventory control systems to streamline stock management.
• Utilize inventory management software and ERP platforms for stock tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and logistics teams to coordinate inventory flow efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Three to five years of proven expertise in inventory control roles, ideally in retail or luxury industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stock quantities, perform stock reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and procedures.
• Proficient in using inventory control and ERP software tools.
• Experience liaising with suppliers and logistics providers for inventory-related operations.
